We purchased 30 paintings from Kovacic's estate.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eJane Cahill Kovacic\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e (1927-2022) grew up in Akron, Ohio. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, she worked in advertising as a fashion illustrator in New York City, for The May Company in Cleveland, and eventually moved back to Akron, where she met her husband while working for Polsky’s Department Store in the late 1950’s. Kovacic continued to paint and create throughout her professional career, gaining membership to the American Watercolor Society, the Ohio Watercolor Society and the Akron Society of Artists. She drew inspiration from her widespread travel of Europe, including much time spent in France. Through her more than five decades of work, much of which was produced in her garage studio, she won many awards for her impressionist and post impressionist oil and acrylic portraits and still life paintings.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCondition: in original condition with new handmade custom walnut frame.
