This is a beautiful handmade stoneware pottery bowl by Bowling Green, Ohio pottery legend Charles Lakofsky, ca. 1960's. Lakofsky was instrumental in expanding the art school at Bowling Green State University in the postwar period. He taught pottery making for more than 40 years.
