Here's an early stoneware pottery bowl with turquoise blue glaze on incised natural clay, made by Aldo Londi for Bitossi. The early markings show this pot was signed in Londi's hand. Marked 95/378, this pot was imported by Bitossi's first partner Goodfriend Imports in the early 1950's.

condition: in fine original condition - note the three small holes in the blue glaze where the piece was "pinned" for the kiln.
